Join the Byrne Chialone LP family

With 35 years of operation under his belt, Kurt decided to sell the business to the owners of William A. Schmidt and Sons (Byrne Chiarlone LP). Schmidt and Wagner had a long relationship of each side being customers and vendors to the other. The merger allowed Schmidt the opportunity to modernize its machining capabilities by adding a shop that it had a very familiar relationship.

1979 -

In 1979, after going to school and working in machine shops for several years, Kurt Wagner purchased a few machines and began his business offering machining services to Philadelphia area companies. Over the years, the business was expanded by adding equipment, people and a larger facility in order to meet the increasing needs of customers. The business philosophy was to focus on helping customers solve their problems, no matter how large or small the job.
